  • This website is operated by RUFA Education, a partnership firm operating under the jurisdiction of the laws and regulations of India.

  • These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 thereunder, as amended from time to time.

  • The ideas in the structured curriculum syllabus for students of different courses are used to create the content of the Application, Services, and products. The Application/Services/products are not meant to replace the curriculum-based education provided by schools. Instead, they are meant to add to it by explaining and presenting the concepts in a way that makes them easier to understand. Subscription to the Application or usage of our Services/Website/products does not in any manner guarantee admission to any educational institutions or passing of any exams or achievement of any specified percentage of marks in any examinations.

  • We may contact the User by SMS, email, or phone based on any access to the Application (including free downloads/trials) or Services or Website or registrations from any source, to tell them about their services and products, let them know about important updates, and/or ask for permission to show off their products. The User gives the organization explicit permission to contact him or her by phone, SMS, or email. The User also holds the organization harmless from any liabilities, such as fines, damages, or expenses, if the User's mobile number is in the Do Not Call (DNC) database. By signing up, you agree to give our employees, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners access to your contact information so they can get in touch with you about education information, offerings, and promotions via phone, SMS, email, etc.

  • Any updates or additions to the present website, such as new features or tools, shall also be bound by the Terms of Service. The organization is not obligated to provide products and/or services that work with instruments that it doesn't recognize or that can be bought from a third party but aren't compatible with the organization ‘s products and services. The organization has the right to change the list or types of devices that work with it as needed.

The organization cannot guarantee that the Application will always be available. In addition to the disclaimers in the Terms, the organization is not responsible for any damages you might suffer if you can't log in to your account and use the Application's services at any time.

Further, the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Malappuram or Kozhikode and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

Payment and Refund Policy


At RUFA Education (hereinafter “we”/ “our”/ “us”), customers' (“Student(s)”/“Customer(s)”/ “you”/ “your” / “Subscriber(s)”) confidence is important to us, therefore we've designed this refund policy to be as clear and straightforward as possible.

The refund policy is applicable in the following cases only:

  1. a) You will get a refund, if you paid for any of the events that are advertised on our website's (www.rufaeducation.com) “Events” page and we had to cancel them for some reason from our side. Within a reasonable amount of time, you will be qualified for a refund.
  2. b) You will get a refund if you paid for any items or products listed on the "STORE" page of our website (www.rufaeducation.com) and we failed to deliver them to you within a reasonable time.

The refund policy is NOT applicable in the following cases:

  1. a) Fees you paid for the courses listed on our website's "COURSES" page. We adhere to a strict no refunds rule. All of our online courses provide you the option to sample a portion (Trial) of the course before enrolling in order to aid you in making an informed decision.
  2. b) Invalid Payment (wrong amount) by you towards any of our services/products.
  3. c) Payment that was made to a different bank account than that of RUFA Education. Details about our payment account are available on the website. Students must contact to validate the account information.

If your refund request is approved by us after a thorough review, it takes 10–20 days to process. You must provide the bank account information to which the refund will be transferred. We won't be held liable or responsible if you provide us with incorrect information and we credit your refund to the wrong account. You must submit a declaration in the format and with the details we may want in order for us to transfer your refund to another bank account.

Changes to this policy: We may revise, amend, or replace this Policy at any time, for any reason, and without previous notice to you. Please visit this page periodically.
