Subscription to the Application or usage of our Services/Website/products does not in any manner guarantee admission to any educational institutions or passing of any exams or achievement of any specified percentage of marks in any examinations.
We may contact the User by SMS, email, or phone based on any access to the Application (including free downloads/trials) or Services or Website or registrations from any source, to tell them about their services and products, let them know about important updates, and/or ask for permission to show off their products. The User gives the organization explicit permission to contact him or her by phone, SMS, or email. The User also holds the organization harmless from any liabilities, such as fines, damages, or expenses, if the User's mobile number is in the Do Not Call (DNC) database.
